HPCO is provincial association of hospice and palliative care providers, professionals and volunteers throughout Ontario.
The HPCO team has been working diligently to create a comprehensive set of caregiver modules with the goal of providing support through information and resources to caregivers. These modules cover a wide range of topics from being abe to meet the physical, spiritual, and cultural needs of your loved one, learning how to deal with your own emotions and feelings, improving communication amongst your family, and learning to cope with the end of life process.
